On 24 November, at a conference held by the Accreditation Network UK (ANUK), a revised Landlord Handbook was launched.  This ANUK/LACORS Handbook replaces the ANUK/IDeA Model Landlord Development Manual issued in 2007.  It contains basic level information for landlords and can also be used for training by accreditation scheme operators and landlord associations.  It covers property standards, management and landlord and tenancy matters and can be customised for your target audience.

The manual can be reprinted by local authorities and others provided that the acknowledgement section, inside the front cover, is reproduced in total and the ANUK/LACORS logos are shown.

The handbook has been endorsed by:

• British Property Federation
